My name is Jane McClain and I am the owner of Fitness For Your Lifestyle.  I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and runner, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, Core Fitness Specialist and  I have a degree in Adult Training and Development.  My passion for health and fitness started while serving in the US Navy where I formed running clubs and assisted Navy personnel who were struggling to meet the Navy’s physical fitness requirements.  I decided to create my business and bring fitness to people in their homes and offices after moving to the Tulsa area.
I know that with the right tools, motivation and support EVERYONE can be successful with their fitness goals!During my consultation, we will discuss what your personal fitness goals are, as well as when, where and how often you would like to train.  I schedule on a month to month basis and offer 45 or 60 minute sessions at the rate of 50 and 65 dollars a session.
The first step will be a fitness assessment to determine our starting point.  I will then create a program that fits your needs.  Periodically I will assess your progress to make sure you are on track to meet your goals.  I want to show you how to make fitness and health a habit that fits into your lifestyle!Ritas 5k
