Hello! My name is Jane McClain and I am the owner of Fitness For Your Lifestyle.  I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and runner.  I am certified in Personal Training, Running Coaching, Exercise is Medicine, Core Fitness, Functional Movement and I have a BA in Adult Training and Development.  My passion for health and fitness started while serving in the US Navy where I formed running clubs and assisted Navy personnel who were struggling to meet the Navy’s physical fitness requirements.  I decided to create my business and bring fitness to people in their homes and offices after moving to the Tulsa area. I have recently re-located to Chestertown, Maryland!  I am very excited to bring my business to the Eastern Shore!! I know that with the right tools, motivation and support, EVERYONE can be successful with their fitness goals! During my consultation, we will discuss what your personal fitness goals are, as well as when, where and how often you would like to train.  I schedule on a month to month basis and offer 45 or 60 minute sessions at the rate of 55 and 65 dollars a session.  I am now offering training via Skype as well!

The first step will be a fitness assessment to determine our starting point.  I will then create a program that fits your needs.  Periodically I will assess your progress to make sure you are on track to meet your goals.  I want to show you how to make fitness and health a habit that fits into your lifestyle!
